By accessing and using Freqz, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Freqz offers K-style creative tools, including: (1) Freqz AI collage—generates a vertical 3-panel collage from a single selfie using credits per run (see pricing and in-app notices); and (2) Classic Photo Booth—three camera shots with themed frames, free of charge. The service is for entertainment and creative reference only and is not medical, legal, or professional advice. IMPORTANT: Images you submit for Freqz AI are processed on our servers only as needed to return your collage, then deleted promptly. Classic Photo Booth runs primarily in your browser and is not used to archive your photos long-term.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Credits are purchased through our pricing page using Stripe payment processing. • All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. • Credits do not expire, but are non-transferable. • Each Freqz AI generation costs 2 credits (subject to in-app notices if we change this). Classic Photo Booth uses no credits. • We reserve the right to change pricing and will give reasonable notice to existing users.

All content on Freqz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Freqz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them only as needed to provide Freqz AI and related features.

You agree not to: • Upload images that are not of yourself or that you do not have permission to use • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others

Freqz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated images will match your expectations or real-life appearance • The service will be available at all times Generative-AI outputs may be imperfect and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freqz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
